Dott. Flavio Berizzi
Born in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) on 19 August 1980, he graduated from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in Economics and Business Law and works at the Milan office (MI).
He is registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts – Section “A”, as well as with the Register of Statutory Auditors, the Register of Court-Appointed Experts at the Court of Milan and the Register of Judicial Administrators.
He has held and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director in various companies and acts as financial advisor in the procedures provided for by the CCII.
He holds and has held the position of Judicial Administrator and Judicial Custodian on behalf of the Criminal Court of Milan and assistant at the National Agency for Assets Seized and Confiscated from Organised Crime.
He has received several assignments as a party consultant in both civil and criminal matters for civil liability and criminal actions against directors and auditors.
These experiences have allowed him to improve his problem-solving skills in various sectors, including construction, large-scale retail, financial services, logistics and transport.

Dott. Luca Martinenghi
Born in Rivolta d’Adda (CR) on 15 December 1980, he graduated from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan with a degree in Economics and Business Law and worked at the Spino d’Adda (MI) office.
He is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts – Section “A”, as well as with the Register of Statutory Auditors and the Register of Judicial Administrators.
He has held and currently holds the position of Statutory Auditor and Legal Auditor in various companies.
He is an expert in the dental sector and in corporate reorganisation.
These experiences have allowed him to improve his problem-solving skills in various sectors.
