The Firm offers consulting for all those deciding to enter the entrepreneurial world, by supporting the entrepreneur in choosing a business model and assisting with extraordinary transactions. In particular, the entrepreneur is assisted during the choosing of the business model most suited to its needs, during the establishment of the business and the start-up of the same. For the already established entrepreneurs, the Firm offers assistance and consulting for extraordinary business transactions (mergers, demergers, transformations, transfers) as well as assistance during the company\u2019s liquidation phase, potentially also through access to minor bankruptcy proceedings or bankruptcy claims.<\/span>
<\/span>The Firm also takes care of supporting shareholders or Board of Directors members with the assistance and preparation of meeting minutes, assistance with liaisons with Boards of Statutory Auditors and review companies. The Firm\u2019s partners have held and still hold positions as liquidators and members of the Board of Directors or Sole Directors of various companies.<\/span><\/p>\n
